Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Activities:

  • TIA to Kathmandu city, pickup
  • Kathmandu hotel check-in
  • Trek preparation & meet-up with guide
  • Collect all trekking permits & registration at one place

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing

Activities:

  • Visit UNESCO World heritage site- Boudhanath Pashupatinath, the monkey temple Swayambhunath
  • Explore city streets & traditional crafts such as pottery and weaving.

Day 3: Flight To Lukla & Hike to Pakhding

Activities:

  • Scenic Kathmandu-Lukla Flight
  • Discussion & meeting With Porters
  • Follow Through The Dudh Koshi Valley
  • Witness Buddhist shrines, prayer flags along the way

Day 4: Phakding - Namche Bazar

Activities:

  • The crossing of several rivers
  • Pass-Through high Suspension bridges including popular
  • Hillary bridge
  • Walkthrough beautiful rhododendrons, giant firs and magnolia trees
  • Enter the Sagarmatha National Park
  • Catch glimpse of Everest, Nuptse-Lhotse

Day 5: Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar

Activities:

  • Warm-up walks to the sherpa museum to acclimatize in high altitude.
  • A glimpse of Sherpa culture & their long mountaineering history
  • Optional hike to the Sherpa villages of Khunde and Khumjung (3,800m)
  • Promising views of Everest & its neighbours.

Day 6: Namche Bazar - Tengboche (3.857m)

Activities: 

  • Steep river crossings

Day 7: Tengboche -Monjo

Day 8: Monjo- Lukla

Activities:

  • Follow the Dudh Koshi river
  • Final goodbye to porters
  • End of trek

Day 9: Lukla-Kathmandu

Activities:

  • Sweeping flight to Kathmandu

Day 10: Final Departure
