Annapurna Circuit is considered one of the best trek in the world. The trek around the Annapurna massif is all about Nepalese village lifestyle, unbelievably challenging yet mesmerizingly beautiful landscape and above all pristine Himalayas. Annapurna circuit trek Via Tilicho lake takes you to four different regions,  Lamjung and Myagdi which are of the lower elevations whereas Manang and Mustang are of the higher elevations. Tilicho Lake,  one of the highest lake in the world takes an additional 2 to 3 days hike from Manang.

This 100 miles Annapurna Circuit trek Via Tilicho Lake passes from the world’s deepest gorge between two 8,000-plus meter peaks to 5416 meters elevated highland  Thorung La Pass.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Activities:

  • TIA to Kathmandu city, pickup
  • Kathmandu hotel check-in
  • Trek preparation & meet-up with guide
  • Collect all trekking permits & registration at one place

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing

Activities:

  • Visit UNESCO World heritage site- Boudhanath Pashupatinath, the monkey temple Swayambhunath
  • Explore city streets & traditional crafts such as pottery and weaving.

Day 3: Kathmandu - Syange - Jagat

Activities:

  • Pass-Through the beautiful settlements Chyamche Valley
  • Encounter barley & potato fields followed by bamboo & rhododendron forests.
  • Cross several rivers, Suspension bridges, Witness picturesque valley on the eastern shore of marshyangdi valley
  • Show some love to revealing views of Mountains till you reach Dharapani.

Day 4: Jagat to Dharapani

Activities:

  • Pass-Through the beautiful settlements Chyamche Valley
  • Encounter barley & potato fields followed by bamboo & rhododendron forests.
  • Cross several rivers, Suspension bridges, Witness picturesque valley on the eastern shore of marshyangdi valley
  • Show some love to revealing views of Mountains till you reach Dharapani.

Day 5: Trek Dharapni to Chame

Activities:

  • Bless your eyes with mountain views of Lamjung Himal (6,983m), Annapurna II (7,937m) and Annapurna IV (7,525m)
  • Cross suspension bridge & hike through charming villages of Bagarchhap and Danakyu
  • Climb steeply to reach Timang
  • Pass by the wooded valley and apple orchards to reach Chame

Day 6: Chame - Pisang (3.200m)

Day 8: Acclimatization Day at Manang

Day 9: Manang - Khangsar (3,745 m)

Activities:

  • Spot tilicho lake, one of the highest lakes in the world (4,920 m)
  • Cross suspension bridge, & prepare for uphill & downhill walks
  • Discover Tibetan village of Khangsar.

Day 10: Khangsar - Tilicho Base Camp (4.150m)

Activities:

  • Enroute To tilicho base, visit pretty monastery Thare Gompa (3,800 m)

  • Stunning view of Khangsar Kang and the Grand Barriere
  • Stay overnight at lodge near Tilicho base camp

Day 12: Tilicho Base Camp - Yak Khara (4,020 m)

Day 14: Thorung Phedi - Thorong La (5,416 m) - Muktinath (3,760 m)

  • Navigate your way up the serpentine path to the High Camp
  • Celebrate your success on reaching Throng la pass the highest pass of Annapurna
  • Descend down & Visit Muktinath, Hindu Temple
